Good morning!  We have hit February 1st.  If you are at all like me, about now you are getting tired of the dark days.  One way to get through the winter is to look for small changes that happen every day—like the few extra minutes of light we are getting.  It is a reminder that spring is on its way and the darkness is fading.

It is like this when you are working on your goals.  The end point can seem far away.  If you look at the small changes in your day, you can see progress…  Focus on the steps right in front of you and keep moving forward!  Small daily changes add up to big shifts over time!
