What does showing up with integrity mean to you?

To me, it means showing up even when no one is looking, like at 5:45 AM, and it’s time for my cold plunge.

No one is looking. No one cares.

Except me.

I do this for myself.

Not because my husband is dragging me… (because he’s in a warm, snuggly bed…).

Not because I have to report it to someone… (although some people do ask…)

Not because anyone is keeping score.

BECAUSE I DECIDED I AM GOING TO DO THIS.

And so I show up FOR MYSELF.

And the only person who will be hurt if I don’t show up and do the hard work is ME.

Setting goals has been a part of my journey since high school. I noticed when I had goals, I achieved more.

When you go after goals, and especially if you want to embrace the power of manifesting, embracing challenges and prioritizing your well-being are key.

Let’s talk about showing up for yourself with integrity to manifest your desires.

From health and fitness challenges to self-care routines, I’ve learned that setting goals is more than just a task; it’s a commitment to myself. Tracking progress becomes a compass, guiding me through the twists and turns of my personal journeys.

My Intermittent Fasting Challenge

Recently, I ran an intermittent fasting challenge with my local community. It may seem like a typical New Year’s weight loss challenge, but the essence goes beyond the numbers on a scale.

This challenge was about showing up for oneself daily embracing the small actions that contribute to overall well-being.

Refining the Challenge

Like goal-setting, my intermittent fasting challenge required participants to reframe their perspective. It wasn’t merely about abstaining from food; it was an opportunity to practice self-care, nurture discipline, and foster resilience.

Shifting from “I Have To” to “I Get To”

It’s early morning, and the rain taps gently on your window. The negative voice whispers, “I have to stick to this fasting window. Can’t I just indulge this once?”

Reframe it.

You don’t have to stick to the fasting window; you get to. It’s a chance to prioritize your health, embrace the challenge of delayed gratification, and foster a sense of accomplishment.

Recognizing the Cue

The negative voice often chimes in when you step out of your comfort zone, whether in eating habits or any other challenge. Recognizing this cue becomes a powerful tool in overcoming self-imposed limitations.

The intermittent fasting challenge is an opportunity to confront the inner demons, dismantle their negative voices, and clear the path to a healthier, more resilient you.

This year is the stage for a transformative journey, a chance to redefine your narrative, set goals, and take charge of your destiny.

Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Small Daily Actions, Big Impact

The intermittent fasting challenge wasn’t about weight loss. It’s about the impact of small daily actions. It taught each person that by consistently showing up for themselves, they cultivate resilience, discipline, and a profound sense of integrity.

Showing up with integrity for yourself involves embracing challenges, practicing self-care, and celebrating the journey.

You can achieve remarkable things, one small daily action at a time. This is YOUR YEAR to be unstoppable in your pursuit of well-being.
